Car Coloring Pages Maker

Pick a car, race car, monster truck, fire truck or another vehicle, put it on a road backdrop, and print.

This free tool makes printable car and truck coloring pages, and it runs in your web browser with no sign-up. Pick a vehicle, adjust the layout and page settings, then print the sheet or save it as a PDF. Each page shows chunky, toy-like vehicles in side view, with wheels, windows and doors as separate spaces to color.

The set includes cars, race cars, pickup trucks, monster trucks, fire trucks, police cars, buses and more, along with trains, tractors and airplanes. Each drawing has a simple black outline and a white inside, so it suits crayons, markers and paint. You can also turn on a road, farm or sky behind the vehicle. Nothing you make is uploaded anywhere.

Which vehicles are included in these car coloring pages?

The Picture menu lists 18 drawings: Car, Race car, Pickup truck, Monster truck, Fire truck, Dump truck, Garbage truck, Semi truck, Tractor, Bus, Train, Airplane, Helicopter, Sailboat, Police car, Excavator, Ambulance and Van. Choosing Surprise me picks one at random each time you press New design. Most of these are road vehicles, but the set also covers trains, airplanes, helicopters and a sailboat, so it works for a vehicle coloring page as well as a truck coloring sheet.

Can I put several vehicles on one page?

Yes. Choose 2 pictures, 4 pictures or 6 pictures under Layout to place different vehicles on one sheet. Each one can show its name underneath, which works like a small coloring book page. For a full set, Whole set, 6 per page gives you six vehicles on each page across three pages. The Folding card layout is a different option: it splits the sheet with a dashed fold line.

Can I write a number on the race car?

Yes. The race car has a blank number circle, so a child can write their own number inside it with a pen or marker. The police car has a blank door stripe that can be filled in or left for lettering. Both spaces are plain outlines, so they stay clear for handwriting.

Is it free?

Yes. The tool is free and needs no sign-up. It runs in the browser, and nothing you create is uploaded, so you can print as many pages as you need. Downloads are also free.

Can I print it on A4?

Yes. Under Page settings, set Paper to A4 instead of US Letter. You can also choose Portrait or Landscape orientation. Press Print to send only the coloring pages to your printer, or Download PDF to save them first and print later.

Can I color it online?

Yes. Press Color it online to open the same picture in the site’s online coloring tool. You can color it on screen without printing anything. If you would rather use paper, print the page instead.

Frequently asked questions

Are the cars based on real brands?

No. The vehicles have no brand names or logos, and they are not based on any specific cartoon or film characters. They are generic, toy-like shapes.

Are the pictures copied from other websites?

No. Every picture is drawn by the site’s own code, so none of the images come from other websites or picture collections.

Can I make one page for each vehicle?

Yes. Choose Whole set, one picture per page from the Picture menu. Page 1 shows the first picture, page 2 the next, and so on. Set Number of pages to get the whole set.

Can I change how thick the lines are?

Yes. Under Page settings, choose Line weight: Thin, Medium or Thick. Thick lines are easier for younger children to color inside.

Can I add a border around the page?

Yes. Under Page settings, choose Page border: None, Line, Rounded or Double. You can also add a title in large outline letters with the Title on the page option.

Can I save the same design for later?

Yes. Press Copy link to copy an address that reopens the same page with the same settings. Save it somewhere you can find again.

Can I download a single page as an image?

Yes. Download PNG and Download SVG save page 1 only. To save every page, use Download PDF instead.
